  1. I love to cook with the sheet pan and can’t wait to try out many of these variations! I also line the pan with aluminum foil and then parchment to avoid leaching anything from the pan – then – clean up is a breeze.

  3. Where does the meat fat go? For some reason, I imagine my veggies soaking in a pool of chicken or salmon fat.

    • Hi, Amanda – Personally, we have never experienced our vegetables soaking in a pool of fat. The protein sources we use, even salmon,
      are fresh leaving little juice/fat running all over the sheet pan. However, if this is a concern for you, we recommend
      putting a cookie cooling rack on top of the sheet pan to slightly elevate your vegetables. We hope that helps!

    • I have also had luck by placing meat on one side of pan and then folding the foil or paper to form a dam like to keep fat away from rest of food. This works best with foil. Also you can use 2pans one for meat one for vegs.
