Keto Parmesan Chicken Patties

These Keto cheesy patties are a low carb way to satisfy your craving for chicken parmesan, complete with a marinara sauce for dipping!

You know those days when you are so busy at work that you're eating while you're working, walking to your co-worker's desk, in your boss's office, pretty much multi-tasking all day long? Or maybe it's trying to juggle working from home, schooling the kids, getting the laundry done, etc., and you barely have time to eat? That's where these Keto Parmesan Chicken Patties come into play! They are the perfect meal prep recipe when you are in need of a meal (or snack) but also have a gazillion things to get done!

They are a perfect finger food (hello, dunk and eat!) with a bit of "sit down" mixed in. You can munch on those juicy and tasty chicken patties, after dunking them into that pasta sauce, and then take a couple of minutes and sit down to enjoy the greens on the side.

What's the best container for keeping portions in check?

The key to making sure you are not endlessly munching all day is portioning out your keto parmesan chicken patties into a Good Cook® meal prep container. We all know that without some portion control it will be hard to hit your macros.  That's why we chose to use the 2-compartment teal container for this extra tasty meal prep.

The larger compartment (2 cups) is the perfect size to hold two large chicken patties, plus your sauce for dipping. The smaller compartment (1 cup) is just the right size for your serving of veggies, in this case, greens like kale or collards.

If you're following a keto diet, using this container will allow you to stay within your nutrition needs with this recipe, plus allow you to hit both your protein and fat goals to make sure you stay satisfied long after lunch is over.

Another option!

If you're like us and just love veggies, maybe a little too much, then another option would be to prep the Keto Parmesan Chicken Patties in the new Good Cook® Bowls. Simply double the serving of greens you make, place the green on the bottom of the container, place the chicken patties on top of your greens, and put the marinara sauce in the super fun (and handy) 2-ounce condiment cup that sits on the top of the lid.

No matter which container you go with, this easy to eat and work recipe is perfect for your weekly meal prep or a fast weeknight dinner.
