The Thai Chicken Lettuce wraps are not Keto at all... one serving is over 18 carbs. Most keto diets have a maximum of 20-25 carbs per day. Not likely to stay in KETOSIS if you go much higher than that in a whole day.

I am 53 old women with type 1 diabetes an my A1C was 7.6 to 6.3. I've been on the keto diet for three month only lost 12 pounds out 20 to lose. I should start walking to get rest of weight off with diet.

Not many of these would be good to make ahead and store for the entire week or freeze. Maybe for a day and that's about it as far as being able to be prepped.
