In most cases, people have a tendency to meal prep chicken because it is reasonably priced, fast to cook and, depending on the cut of chicken, low in fat and high in protein.

But, despite all of the ways you can make chicken absolutely delicious there still needs to be more variety to your weekly meals. In comes our second favorite protein choice, beef.

How to Cook Steak in the Air Fryer

Viral Air Fryer Steak Hack - How to cook a steak in the air fryer, from frozen.

🥩 How To:

  1. Pre-heat the air fryer.
  2. Oil and salt your steak
  3. Cook at 380 degrees for 8-10 minutes per side depending on the thickness (I did 10 min per side with a 1.5” thick steak)

That’s it… Be sure to let it rest before slicing and I like to add a little more flakey salt to finish it off. Perfectly medium-rare! 🤤

    I had weight loss surgery
    Sleeve gastorectomy and my meals have to be high protein zero rice pasta bread but low calories
    I love this website but I was wondering if yall could do a special recipe for this.... Thanks... I live this site

      Hi Yoli - We will make a note for your recipe request and see what we can do! Also, feel free to leave out the starch in the recipes or check out our keto/whole30/paleo recipes which do not include bread, rice or pasta!
