Sausage Lover’s Hashbrown Casserole Ingredients
- 4-6 sausages
- 6 large eggs
- 1 1/3 cup egg whites
- 4 cups shredded potatoes, thawed
- handful fresh spinach
- Salt & Pepper, to taste

Step 1: Dice and cook your sausage if you like it crispy!
Add your egg whites and eggs to a bowl and whisk
Add in your shredded potatoes
Add your spinach and sausage to your eggs
Pour into an oiled or lined baking dish
