This FLOURLESS DARK CHOCOLATE MUFFIN recipe from Beachbody is a delicious way to include dark chocolate all week long! This works well for breakfast, snack or dessert!
Ingredients:
1.5 packages @melissasproduce steam fresh garbanzo beans (drained and rinsed)
3 large eggs
½ cup pure maple syrup
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
3 tbs coconut oil, melted
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

Method:
1) preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
2) prepare 12 muffin cups by lining with muffin papers or coating with nonstick spray
3) place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
4) Evenly divide batter among 12 muffin cups
5) Bake for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
