One Skillet Baked Spaghetti Squash & Meatballs 2
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  2. Mix together spaghetti squash, eggs, 3/4 cup pasta sauce and 1/2 cup cheese. Place into a cast iron skillet and baked 20 minutes.
  3. Remove from the oven and top with remaining sauce, meatballs and cheese. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15-18 minutes or until meatballs are cooked. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
