Baked Breakfast Quinoa and Spinach Bites Meal Prep
This one is perfection because it addresses our favorite yet most difficult-to-prepare meal of the day: breakfast. I’m not sure about you, but getting out of bed in the morning is hard enough. Sometimes breakfast is just out of the question. But if you prep for the week with these baked breakfast quinoa bites, all you have to do is heat a few up in the morning and you’re good to go.

Cheesy Quinoa Spinach Breakfast Cup Meal Prep recipe
- 1 cup Cooked White Quinoa
- 3 each Large Eggs
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup Fresh Melissa’s Produce Spinach
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/8 tsp Ground Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Dried Italian Seasoning
