- 4 Chicken Breasts boneless + skinless
- 4 Pineapple Rings
- 2 cups Broccoli Florets steamed (or can be roasted alongside the chicken)

- Preheat oven to 375℉ and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper, set aside.
- Season chicken with oil, herbs, and spices — place onto the sheet pan.
- Bake on the middle oven rack for 10-20 minutes then add half the amount of both kinds of cheese, a pineapple ring, and the remaining amount of cheese. (i.e. layer: cheese, pineapple, cheese)
- Place on the top rack and continue to cook until cheese has melted and chicken is fully cooked, ~10-15 more minutes (depending on the size of chicken breast or until chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165℉.
- Serve; store and enjoy!
