Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until thick and creamy, scraping down the sides to recombine as needed. Add filtered water as needed to reach desired consistency.
  2. To store, divide between meal prep containers and garnish with cilantro and red onion. Serve cold. Keeps for 4-5 days in the fridge.
