Greek Yogurt Nutrition Fact
Greek yogurt has more than double the protein, and half the carbs/sugar, than regular yogurt. It also supplies probiotics which aid in digestion, potassium to balance out your sodium intake and a large dose of calcium.

Ingredients
1 ½ c whole wheat flour
¾ teaspoon baking soda
¾ teaspoon baking powder
1 c coconut sugar (or sweetener of choice)
1 ½ c greek yogurt
40 drops liquid stevia
1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 c chocolate chips (mini chips would work best)

12 cup muffin tin
12 muffin liners

Directions
Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees. Line your muffin tin with the muffin liners. In a bowl, mix your dry ingredients; whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder and splenda. In a second bowl, mix your wet ingredients; greek yogurt, liquid stevia, vanilla extract and eggs. Mix your wet ingredients into your dry ingredients. Fold in your chocolate chips. Fill each cupcake liner ¾ full. Bake for 14-18 minutes, depending on your oven. Enjoy!
