Pack in all the health benefits during the week with these Brazil Nut Energy Balls from @purelytwins! No baking required and the perfect afternoon snack!
1 cup whole Brazil nuts
¼ cup coconut butter
¼ teaspoon sea salt
2-3 tablespoons raw cacao powder
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
1 tablespoon cacao nibs (optional)
coconut flakes (optional if you desire to roll your balls in it)
Place brazil nuts into food processor and pulse until becomes crumb-like texture.
Add remaining ingredients and pulse together.
Using a small cookie scooper scoop out the balls.
Roll in coconut flakes if desired.
