  1. Combine all ingredients in a 5-quart or larger slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on HIGH for 6 hours.
  3. Allow to cool, then shred with a fork.
  4. Store shredded pork in the fridge for up to one week.
  5. Serve with butter lettuce leaves, tomato, mustard, and any of your favorite toppings.
