  • 14 ounces smoked sausage sliced
  • ½ medium yellow onion thickly sliced
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes cubed
  • 3 cups cooked quinoa
  • ¼ cup white cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 teaspoon paprika
