Superfoods Almond Butter Bars

So today I decided to show you a yummy recipe that makes healthy eating, easy!  This easy, healthy, snack idea is the perfect way to kick off your New Year… or any time of year for that matter!

Ingredients
½ cup rice krispies
½ cup dried goji berries
¼ cup mulberries
¼ cup chia seeds
½ cup shredded coconut
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
¼ cup almond butter
¼ cup honey
2 tbs coconut sugar
2 tsp coconut oil, if needed*

Superfoods Almond Butter Bars

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Rice Krispies
  • 1/2 cup Dried Goji Berries
  • 1/4 cup Mulberries
  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Almond Butter
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Sugar
  • 2 tsp Coconut Oil if needed*

Instructions

  • Mix the Almond Butter, Honey, and Coconut Sugar in a small mixing bowl
  • Combine dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl
  • Add Almond Butter mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well
  • Line a bread pan with aluminum foil and fill with superfoods bar mixture
  • Refrigerate for 2-3 hours
  • Cut and Serve
