And soon it was me, a fork, and a very large pot of quinoa making ourselves cozy in the corner. So simple and so good. Broccoli, garlic, sesame oil, and honey. Who would have guessed?

Garlic Shrimp and Broccoli recipe

Ingredients For the Sauce
3 tbs soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbs honey
1/4 tsp black pepper

Ingredients for the Shrimp
1 tsp olive oil
3 coves garlic, minced
1 lb Sizzlefish Shrimp (4 packs)
2 cups quinoa, cooked
2 cups steam broccoli

Ingredients

For the Sauce

  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce (or coconut aminos)
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

For the Shrimp

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 lbs Shrimp
  • 2 cups quinoa cooked
  • 2 cups steam broccoli

Instructions

  • Mix together 3 tbs soy sauce, sesame oil, honey and black pepper
  • Heat olive oil in non stick skillet over medium heat
  • Add in garlic and cook until slightly golden and fragrant
  • Add in drained and rinsed Sizzlefish shrimp
  • Cook 2-3 min or until opaque
  • Add in soy sauce mixture
  • Cover and cook additional 2-3 minutes
  • Mix well and Serve with quinoa and steamed broccoli
