Keto Lamb Meatball Meal Prep
A Keto Lamb Meatball Meal Prep recipe that can be baked or fried. Your traditional meatball recipe is given a protein make-over by using lamb and then topped off with your traditional marinara sauce. A fast and flavorful whole30 and keto friendly recipe to enjoy all year long.
Keto Lamb Meatball Meal Prep Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 garlic cloves
- 3 TBSP Grated white onion
- 1 tsp salt (Pink Himalayan is preferred)
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Fresh Rosemary
- 1/2 tsp Fresh Parsley
- 1/2 tsp Fresh Oregano
- 1 tsp Lemon Zest
- 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
- 2 cups Marinara Sauce (or your desired amount)

Servings: 4 meals

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground lamb
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 tbs grated white onion
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp fresh rosemary
- 1/2 tsp fresh oregano
- 1/2 tsp fresh parsley
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
- 2 cups whole30 compliant marinara sauce
Optional
- zoodles
- Brown Rice
- shredded cheese
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients (except the sauce) by hand or in a stand-up mixer with the paddle attachment.
- Form mixture into meatballs of 1-1.5 oz.
- Cook in batches in a saute pan with olive oil, being careful not to crowd the pan.
- Cook until 150 - 160 degrees.
- Serve with your favorite marinara sauce and garnish with fresh basil.
Oven Method
- Follow steps 1 and 2 above.
- On your sheet pan, place parchment paper.
- Put the meatballs on your pan (space them at least 2 inches apart), and bake at 400 degrees.
- Cook until 150 - 160 degrees. (check it after 15 mins)
- Serve with your favorite marinara sauce and garnish with fresh basil.

The meatballs can be cooled and stored in an airtight container, and placed in the fridge for up to a week. Or, they can be frozen for up to a month.
