- Add in the cocoa hazelnut spread, melted coconut oil, and honey. Mix until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Chill in the fridge for 15–30 minutes until firm.

Store the energy bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
You can also freeze them for up to 3 months—just thaw a few at a time in the fridge overnight.
