It’s lunch time and you’re at your desk again…swamped with work. It happens. It’s also my reality somedays. We usually try to get a workout in at lunch but some days are just impossible. It’s also a trap for grabbing unhealthy food and using the fact that you’re busy to make the wrong choices.
If you don't have a whole lot of time for meal prepping this weekend, go with the quick and easy plan. Make a chop chicken salad with pepper bacon and added all the veggies I had left in the fridge. Seriously, it was one tasty meal!
