Superfoods Almond Butter Bars

  • 1/2 cup Rice Krispies
  • 1/2 cup Dried Goji Berries
  • 1/4 cup Mulberries
  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Almond Butter
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Sugar
  • 2 tsp Coconut Oil if needed*


  • Mix the Almond Butter, Honey, and Coconut Sugar in a small mixing bowl
  • Combine dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl
  • Add Almond Butter mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well
  • Line a bread pan with aluminum foil and fill with superfoods bar mixture
  • Refrigerate for 2-3 hours
  • Cut and Serve
