Instructions
Line a baking pan with parchment or foil
Whisk together eggs, egg whites, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and collagen in a bowl
Add in bread and gently toss
Add in berries and mix
Pour into pan
Allow it to sit overnight
When ready to bake, remove from the fridge and bake at 350 degrees F for 30-40 minutes or until fully cooked
