Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry

- 1 lb skirt or flank steak
- 12 ounce bag of broccoli
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ ea yellow onion sliced
- 8 ea garlic cloves minced
- 2 cups mushrooms sliced
- ½ cup Primal Kitchen’s Island Teriyaki Sauce
Get Recipe Ingredients
In a large deep skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Slice the onion and peel the garlic cloves and add to the pan and add salt and pepper.
Saute until the onions are golden, about 3 to 4 minutes, then add the mushrooms and stir to combine.
When the mushrooms are starting to become tender (after about 3 to 4 minutes), add the beef and the Primal Kitchen teriyaki sauce.
Add the broccoli and stir again.
Let the beef and broccoli cook for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from the heat and portion among four meal prep containers.
This recipe makes four meals.
