Ingredients

  • 24 oz. baby potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper or to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350ºF degrees.
  • Rinse and dry potatoes and add to a medium mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and using your hands, rub the olive oil into the skins as evenly as possible. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper.
  • Add potatoes to the basket of the air fryer. Fry at 350ºF for 20 minutes, shaking the basket after 10 minutes for even frying. Cool potatoes for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
