This quick and easy one skillet spaghetti squash and meatballs recipe requires only a few simple ingredients. It's the ultimate comfort food! Gluten Free. Grain Free. Low Carb.

1largespaghetti squashbaked and skin removed
1cup pasta sauce
1recipe20 Minute Meatballs*see link above
1cupShredded Mozzarella Cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Mix together spaghetti squash, eggs, 3/4 cup pasta sauce and 1/2 cup cheese.
Place into a cast iron skillet and baked 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and top with remaining sauce, meatballs and cheese.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15-18 minutes or until meatballs are cooked.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
