Ingredients

  • 8 large whole eggs
  • ¼ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Rosemary
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • teaspoon Salt
  • 1 bunch fresh basil
  • 15 slices pepperoni paleo, if needed

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F and prepare a medium-sized baking dish with parchment paper or
    non-stick spray
  • Whisk together eggs and milk until fluffy. Add in the spices and continue mixing until incorporated. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared dish and top with fresh basil and pepperoni and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Slice and divide into meal prep containers.
