Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free Chex cereal
  • 1 ½ cups gluten-free pretzels can use regular pretzels if not gluten free
  • ½ cup raw almonds
  • 3 tablespoon unsalted melted butter sub with vegan butter, if needed
  • 1 teaspoon powdered buttermilk use a vegan alternative, if needed
  • ½ teaspoon dried chives
  • ¼ teaspoon dried dill
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 250ºF and line a 9x13 rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Add Chex cereal, pretzels, and almonds to a medium bowl. Stir together melted butter, buttermilk, salt, dill, chives, and garlic powder in a separate small bowl. Pour butter mixture over Chex mix and stir with a rubber spatula to coat.
  • Spread mixture evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes to make sure it's toasted evenly. Cool on a baking sheet for 10 minutes.
  • Divide Chex mix among 4 snack containers. Snack to your heart's content!
