- ¾ cup rolled oats
- 1 ea banana medium
- ½ cup 2% cottage cheese
- 2 ea eggs large
- 2 scoops collagen powder Primal Kitchen
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Pulse the oats first until they turn into a fine flour.
Add everything else to the blender.
Blend until smooth.
Let the batter sit for 2–3 minutes so the oats absorb moisture.
