Ingredients

  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • 1 ea banana medium
  • ½ cup 2% cottage cheese
  • 2 ea eggs large
  • 2 scoops collagen powder Primal Kitchen
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

  • Pulse the oats first until they turn into a fine flour.
  • Add everything else to the blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Let the batter sit for 2–3 minutes so the oats absorb moisture.
  • Cook on medium-low heat until golden on each side.
