Chicken BLT Pasta Salad
This hearty salad eats like a meal with high-protein chicken, pasta and smoky bacon. It’s everything you love in a BLT sandwich packed into a salad!
Servings: 4 meals
- 8 ounces uncooked gluten-free bow tie pasta or 1 box
- 1/2 lb. cooked shredded chicken
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 1/2 cup cooked/chopped bacon
- 1/2 cup light ranch dressing
- 2 cups green grapes
- 1 cup raspberries
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water. Add pasta to a large bowl with lettuce, tomato, bacon, and shredded chicken. Gently stir to combine.
Divide pasta salad between large compartments of 4 teal MPOF containers. Divide ranch dressing between 4 small sauce cups and place next to each salad. Divide grapes and raspberries between each small container. Stir dressing into salad before enjoying it.
