Ingredients

rolled oats

cup
whole almonds

cup
dried fruit medley

cup
whole cashews
½
cup
pepitas
⅓
cup
ground flax
¼
cup
sunflower seeds

cup
high-protein peanut butter
or nut butter of choice
⅓
cup
Honey
or liquid sweetener of choice
pinch
Sea Salt
Instructions
Line a 9x9 in baking pan with parchment paper. Leave some paper hanging over the edges.
Place almonds and cashews in a food processor and pulse until roughly chopped
Add chopped nuts, oats, dried fruit, seeds, flax and sea salt to a bowl
In a separate bowl combine the honey and peanut butter
Microwave in 20 seconds increments until runny
Add the honey/peanut butter mixture to the bowl with the nuts/seeds/oats.
Mix well
Press the mixture into your lined pan and chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours
Slice into desired size bars
Store in a sealed container in the refridgerator for 10-14 days. (If they last that long!)
