- 1 English cucumber quartered
- 1 large Lemon juiced
- 1 large red bell pepper core/stem/seeds removed
- 2 large garlic cloves
- ½ small white onion
- 1 cup Extra-virgin olive oil plus a few teaspoons for garnish, optional
- ¼ cup packed fresh basil
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
