¼cupMozzarella Cheeseshredded
3Tbsp.Avocado Oil
2Tbsp.Grated Parmesan
1tsp.Hungarian Paprika
1tsp.Garlic Granulesor powder
1tsp.Dried Oregano
1tsp.Dried Basil
½tsp.Himalayan Pink Salt
¼tsp.Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375℉ and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper, set aside.
Season chicken with oil, herbs, and spices — place onto the sheet pan.
Bake on the middle oven rack for 10-20 minutes then add half the amount of both kinds of cheese, a pineapple ring, and the remaining amount of cheese. (i.e. layer: cheese, pineapple, cheese)
Place on the top rack and continue to cook until cheese has melted and chicken is fully cooked, ~10-15 more minutes (depending on the size of chicken breast or until chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165℉.
