Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef we used 96% lean
  • ¾ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¾ tsp onion powder
  • 1 ½ tablespoon parsley
  • ¾ teaspoon Sea Salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Additional seasonings as desired

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Mix together together all ingredients until just combined
  • Roll meatballs into 8 balls
  • Place on baking sheet and baked 15-18 minutes or freeze for quick meals during the week!
