1 medium spaghetti squash baked and skin removed 1 ½ lbs. chicken drumsticks ½ cup bbq sauce 1 tsp. hot sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine BBQ sauce and hot sauce in a small bowl and set aside.
Coat a baking dish with oil or nonstick spray and transfer the baked squash to the dish. Top with chicken pieces and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and coat with spicy BBQ sauce. Turn the oven up to 400 F and return the dish to the oven.
Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, coating/basting the chicken with bbq every 10 minutes or so as needed.
