One Dish Baked Blueberry Oatmeal

  • 1 cup Gluten Free rolled oats
  • 1 cup oatbran
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 scoops collagen
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Oil melted
  • 1 tsp liquid stevia
  • 1.5 cups blueberries fresh


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Line a baking pan with parchment paper
  • Mix together all ingredients except blueberries
  • Gently fold in blueberries
  • Pour batter into pan and bake for about 35-40 minutes or until just set
  • Allow to cool before slicing


* can leave out or sub vanilla protein powder
