Ingredients

  • 2 cups sweet potatoes
  • 2 cups ham diced
  • 2 cups stuffing
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Layer ingredients in a loaf pan or small casserole dish.
  • Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are cooked.
  • Let cool in the pan, and then portion into 3 meal prep containers.
