Instructions
  1. Season both sides of your pork chops with salt & pepper. Add 1 tbs olive oil to a skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops to the pan and sear 3 minutes. Flip and sear an additional 3 minutes.
  2. Remove pork chops from the pan and set aside on a plate.
  3. In a bowl, mix together all honey mustard ingredients, set aside.
  4. Add your apples and onions to the pan and cook 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt, pepper and fresh herbs. Stir.
  5. Pour in your honey mustard mixture and the add your pork chops back in to the pan. Cook another 3-4 minutes or until pork is cooked through and the cooking liquid is slightly reduced. Serve immediately or divide into meal prep containers.
