French Toast Sticks & Sausage Sheet Pan Meal Prep
A breakfast that will take you back to your childhood! Use your favorite gluten free bread, and bake these along with sausage.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Slice bread into about 20 sticks.
  3. Coat a sheet pan with coconut oil, or use baking paper to line.
  4. In a bowl, add eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla. Beat well.
  5. Dip each stick of bread into the egg batter, and then place on the baking sheet.
  6. Add the sausage to the baking tray, and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Serve with maple syrup and fruit.
