Not only are we here to share this delicious recipe for Feta Turkey Meatball Meal Prep, but we also have TWO nifty meal prep tricks that you might just want to stick in your back pocket 😉

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

Feta Turkey Meatballs  - doubled ($10.00)

2 cups broccoli florets ($3.00)

2 cups frozen mashed potatoes (or homemade) ($2.00)

½ cup Beet hummus (could sub avocado) ($3.00)

Method:

Evenly divide meatballs, frozen mashed potatoes, broccoli and beet hummus between containers

Seal tight and enjoy over 4 days

*Tip One: Leave your broccoli uncooked. When you reheat your meal prep in the microwave for about 2 minutes the broccoli will automatically cook with the steam from the other components. This will ensure you have crisp broccoli all week long!

*Tip Two: Add frozen mashed potatoes to your meal prep containers! This will save you tons of time! By the time you go to enjoy your lunch the potatoes will have thawed and will reheat nicely right along side your other container items!
