Maple Crusted Air Fryer Salmon Ingredients:
1 lb. Salmon sliced into 4 filets
1 tablespoon coconut sugar
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
For Serving
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 cups spinach
¼ cup chopped walnuts
¼ teaspoon salt
2 cups cooked brown rice

Ingredients
1lb.Salmon sliced into 4 filets
1tablespooncoconut sugar
1teaspoonsmoked paprika
½teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoongarlic powder
2tablespoonpure maple syrup
For Serving
1tablespoonolive oil
8cupsspinach
¼cupwalnutschopped
¼teaspoonsalt

Instructions
Stir together coconut sugar, smoked paprika, garlic and salt in a small bowl.
Blot salmon with paper towel to remove excess moisture. Rub seasoning on fresh side and place in basket of air fryer.
Air fry at 400F for 7 minutes.
In the meantime, heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
Add half of the spinach and sauté for 3 minutes until spinach wilts.
Add walnuts and remaining spinach. Sauté 2 minutes longer.
Drizzle maple syrup over salmon and air fry for 2-3 minutes longer.
Divide salmon between 4 large compartments of white MPOF containers.
Divide spinach between small compartments and brown rice between the remaining small compartments.
