Sweet Potato Waffle Recipe Ingredients

  •  120 gram cooked sweet potato
  • 40 gram milk of choice (for example almond milk)
  • 60 gram oats
  •  1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • PAM butter spray (no calories) for waffle iron
  • 1 whole egg (size S)
  • 1 egg white
  • honey, cinnamon

These waffles are slightly sweetened with a bit of honey and cinnamon to satisfy those cravings.

Sweet Potato Waffle Recipe
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients, except the egg white, in a blender jar. Mix until fully pureed.
  2. Beat the egg white until medium peak. Carefully add the egg white fluff to the potato batter.
  3. Set aside for 10 minutes, meanwhile set your waffle iron to preheat.
  4. Spray waffle iron with PAM butter spray. Pour batter in the waffle iron. It will take around 3-4 minutes per batch. Don't take out too soon, it will stick to the iron.
  5. Serve with desired sides.
