Paleo Cran-Blackberry Overnight French Toast Ingredients:

  • 9 paleo buns , cubed
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. Vietnamese cinnamon
  • 2 scoops collagen
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 3/4 cup blackberries

Paleo Cran-Blackberry Overnight French Toast Web-10
Instructions
  1. Line a backing pan with parchment or foil
  2. Whisk together eggs, egg whites, vanilla, cinnamon and collagen in a bowl
  3. Add in bread and gently toss
  4. Add in berries and mix
  5. Pour into pan
  6. Allow to sit overnight
  7. When ready to bake, remove from the fridge and bake at 350 degrees F for 30-40 minutes or until fully cooked
