One Pan Paleo Sticky Sesame Chicken Thigh Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs chicken thighs, cubed
- 6 tbsp.cassava sweetener
- 3 tbsp. coconut aminos
- 1.5 tbsp. ketchup or bbq sauce
- 1.5 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 tbsp. coconut flour
- sesame seeds, as desired

This easy, quick and flavorful meal comes together with only a few simple ingredients that you can find at any local grocery store. If you aren’t following a paleo diet, then feel free to use any brand of these products that you would like!
Add your chicken and oil to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Next, mix together your coconut aminos, sweetener, and ketchup. Add to your chicken.
Allow chicken to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Add in coconut flour.
Mix and let chicken sit, covered, for 2-3 minutes while sauce thickens.
Mix well and serve over cauliflower rice or jasmine rice. You could also try one of these other rice alternatives.
