Greek Egg Bake

Ingredients:
12 Eggs
1 cup Chopped kale
1/4 cup Sun dried tomatoes
1`/2 cup Feta
1/2 tsp Oregano
Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Whisk together eggs
  3. Add in kale, tomaotes, feta and spice
  4. Line a baking pan with foil (makes it easier to remove from the pan)
  5. Spray with non stick spray
  6. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes
  7. Slice and serve...or portion out for the week.Will keep in the fridge for 4-5 days
