Pizza Chicken Meal Prep

You may not be able to eat pizza every day, but you can definitely enjoy this Pizza Chicken Meal Prep!

When your craving for pizza kicks in (sometimes daily for us!) you can satisfy your craving with this protein packed, low carb, whole30 compliant Pizza Chicken Meal Prep that can be made for less than $4!

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

1 lb chicken tenders ($1.99)

1 large spaghetti squash, cooked  ($3.00)

1 cup pizza sauce ($2.00)

2 cups broccolini ($2.00)

pizza seasoning

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  2. Line baking sheet with foil
  3. Toss chicken and broccoli with oil
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes
  5. Evenly divide all ingredients between containers
  6. Top with pizza sauce and pizza seasoning
