Ingredients:
1 recipe meatloaf topped with Pumpkin Mustard instead of ketchup ($8.00)
1lb purple potatoes, diced ($2.00)
1lb broccolini ($3.00)
Method:
- Prepare the meatloaf as direct
- Boil potatoes and mash with desired seasonings (and ghee)
- Roast broccolini with ghee while meatloaf is cooking
- Divide between 4 containers
