Chicken Salad Meal Prep

This #Whole30 compliant meal prep will satisfy both your sweet and savory cravings! Protein-packed chicken combined with a creamy mayo, crunchy grapes and served with a side of crisp, fresh veggies will leave you satisfied while packing in a huge nutritional punch!

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

1lb chicken breast, cook and diced ($2.00)

½ cup whole30 compliant mayo ($1.00)

1 cup Christmas crunch grapes, sliced ($2.00)

2 cups spinach ($1.00)

2 cups carrots, sliced ($1.00)

2 cups cherry tomatoes ($1.00)

Method:

  1. Combined chicken, mayo, diced grapes and any seasonings in a bowl. Mix well
  2. Evenly divide all ingredients between 4 containers
  3. Seal and enjoy
